Returns & Cancellation
Can I always return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your (non-personalized) product, or if it is not what you expected, you can return it in the original packaging and in new condition within 14 working days, without any reason.
Please report returns by e-mail to info@omiva.be, and don't forget to mention your account number!
Send the product in sufficiently stamped packaging and sufficiently protected, with your details (name, telephone number and e-mail address) back to: Egmont’s Garden Gin, OMIVA cva, Langestraat 53, 9620 Zottegem, Belgium.
If the items have been correctly returned and they have no damage or other defects, we will refund the amount due (excluding the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs that you incurred to return the product) within 30 days.
Due to its specific nature, the right to change, return and cancel your order will lapse if the food packaging is opened (plastic capsule opened, safety lip broken off, paper capsule broken, ...).
Complaints
We will of course do our utmost to get your order in tip-top order! If you do have a complaint about a certain product, you can report this in writing within five days of receipt to us by email at info@omiva.be and please always illustrate your complaint with as much information as possible as well as one (or more) ) photos).
